At Teeshaa, we ensure that the products are packed as carefully as they are manufactured to prevent any damage. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged product, we do support a return policy.
We request you to inspect the product as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely event that your product is delivered in damaged condition, please email us on info@teeshaa.in along with some pictures showing the damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Our team will assess the nature of the complaint and accordingly propose a replacement if the product has been delivered damage.
TEESHAA will arrange pick up of the damaged product at your place with our courier partner Shiprocket.
Product should be properly packed for the return journey in order to avoid further damages during transportation back to our workshop.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns if a customer has changed their mind after the product has been dispatched i.e., after 3 working days.
TEESHAA does not support a refund policy. In case of a damaged product, a replacement of the same model will be offered.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all our products pan India.
To ensure better accessibility and reach to all our customers, we have partnered with Shiprocket.
Your orders will be produced and shipped during business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.)
As soon as we receive your order, the product will be produced and dispatched within 3 days.
Your order will be delivered within 9-12 working days within India. Upon payment of charges, delivery can be expedited between 5-7 working days.
In case of International Orders, the delivery will be made within 18 working days. Express delivery within 10 days can be supported upon payment of certain charges.
